We are not one of the big AI Business Transformation Management Consultancies who are more focused on margin ans numbers of people applied to a project it programme than the need for a successful outcome for their clients. These organisations have a business model based on a large and diverse portfolio which accepts deliver failure and a client recycling strategy dependent on client organisations having a poor corporate memory enabling them to come back time and time again irrespective of delivery track record.

We are a specialised management consulting and AI Software delivery organisation focused on Transformational Success because its in our DNA not to do anything else. Most of our management team have come to QI Momentum because they have had enough of seeing the same old mistakes delivering poor AI Transformational Outcomes and want to see better client outcomes especially with respect to the  public sector.

We are an independent company without formal relationships with partners as our business model is more around AI Strategy, AI Transformational Design we focus on the AI needs of our clients and not our need to feed a large AI development bench and can and do help develop differing AI Strategic Approaches to AI Delivery whether its in-house development like BT or external AI Software Development and AI Data Training or the adoption of off the shelf AI solutions in order to get the best AI Business Case for our clients. With our recent work with the NHS and the Horizon Fund and the Ministry of Justice we have delivered in each case bespoke partnered  custom made AI Solutions as part of a Transformational Journey. We feel we have earned the status of trusted advisor with many of our clients.

As mentioned earlier many of the biggest management consultancy’s “Pay Lip Service” to the clai to be long term strategic partners. We believe we have earned that right with clients stretching back some 30 years and its not part of of our business model to run the recycle client strategy based on poor corporate memory. We often support out clients with regular internal events to update on new technologies and approaches in the Business Transformational space long after we have completed our obligations.

We could list hear all the cutting edge AI Technologies and AI applications we are working on and it would be out of date within a few weeks as AI is moving so so fast. However, we can confirm that while we do not see ourselves constrained by AI technology as we work alongside the some of the key leaders in AI technology on a day to day basis when asked to design AI solutions we prefer to stick to  Business AI solutions. For those not family with the term “Business AI” we are referring to usable, tried and tested for business TODAY and not TOMMORROW AI Software and Data solutions.
